My Story
Hi I'm Leanne, I stay in Huntly in the North East of Aberdeenshire with my husband Ryan, our 6 year old daughter Layla and our identical twin boys James and Kaelan who are 4.
I have always been a lover of home fragrances. A few years ago my friend had a Scentsy party so I bought a couple of wax bars to try out in my warmer. Wow, they smelled absolutely amazing and lasted for ages!!
I used to use scented candles around our home but before Layla was born it made me realise that the candles would have to go as they were not safe, in my opinion, to have around children. There's no soot, no flames and no toxins in Scentsy products.
While on maternity leave from my work as a part-time nurse in the operating theatres I was fed up and wanted something to do for me. I had considered signing up as a Scentsy consultant for a while but I couldn't decide which consultant to choose as my sponsor. I always talked myself out of it.
When the twins were 3 months old I bit the bullet and joined with the £85 kit, I was so excited and set up my Facebook group straight away.
There's no hard targets to meet with Scentsy. When you start there are different achievements to earn if you want to help you get off to the best possible start to your business.
I reached my shooting star award within the first 15 days of starting. This enabled me to order an extra kit at a hugely discounted price. I then achieved Scentsational start level 2 which I received product credit and a beautiful exclusive star warmer.
I love having a team of my own and to share my knowledge and ideas with them. It's so rewarding see them grow into the consultants they are now.
